Mission
The ESOTERIC COLLECTIVE seeks to unite the multiplicity of esoteric workers in an effort to improve informed client access to a myriad of esoteric services, enhance the cross-pollination of techniques and information in the field, and increase a sense of unity in an informal, conscious, and celebratory way.
Goals
The ESOTERIC COLLECTIVE will:
1. Offer the ESOTERIC COLLECTIVE community, opportunities for mutual support and networking.
2. Educate and support the public about the esoteric community and perspectives through educational seminars, lectures, and various cultural events.
3. Be an information resource connecting the ESOTERIC COLLECTIVE with community activities and organizations.

Code of Conduct
~Behave honestly and with integrity in the course of any employment or event in the esoteric community;
~Act with care and diligence in the course of any employment or event;
~Treat everyone with respect and courtesy, and without harassment or discrimination;
~Comply with all applicable Canadian laws;
~Disclose and take reasonable steps to avoid, any conflict of interest (real or apparent) in connection with the ESOTERIC COLLECTIVE;
~Use resources of the ESOTERIC COLLECTIVE or of any of its members in a proper manner;
~Provide truthful and honest information in response to a request for information on a fellow member or on the ESOTERIC COLLECTIVE as a whole;
~Not make improper use of inside information, or a member’s personal / sensitive information; At all times behave in a way that upholds the values of the ESOTERIC COLLECTIVE and the integrity and good reputation of the ESOTERIC COLLECTIVE.
Business Meetings and
Community Gatherings
Business Meetings:
~Core Members/ Partners meet for 3-4 times per year to serve as an opportunity for the Esoteric Collective’s formal Partners to share food, discuss governance structure, process issues, and Esoteric Collective direction.
~General membership & work-group meetings are called throughout the year to provide focus and prepare for fundraisers, lectures and other EC events.
** To have an issue, suggestion or concern raised at a meeting, please submit your request with one of the Partners (listed within this correspondence)
Community Gatherings:
~Held in the evening of the third Thursday, every other month
~Serving as a tool to celebrate, ground intention for the community, and manifest the culture we want to create. Individuals new to the Esoteric Collective’s community gatherings are encouraged to meet with a Partner or two informally beforehand, and read the Terms of Reference (2006) to ensure transparency, familiarity, and contribute to the Collective space.

Nikki suggested I pop on over a view the site. I truly think this is a wonderful idea that you have come up with. It is about time that something like this was done. Quiet funny I was just talking about something like this to her in the spring :)
